At Youth Climate Solutions, we employ a CIC business structure, meaning we are legally obligated to use 51% of our profits for charitable objectives i.e. our free services for young people, schools and local communities.

We are committed to having a youth-led team to stay relevant and on-top of the most important issues for young people. We aim for at least 50% of our team to be under 26 years old, and currently over 80% of our whole team is youth-led.
