Jaz Brook- Founder and CEO
Jaz Brook is an activist, student and social entrepreneur and founded YCS at just 18 years old. As a young, queer, neurodiverse woman from a low-income background, Jaz has continued to break down barriers and fight climate and social injustice.

Narmin is a recent UEA Graduate in BSc (Hons) Environmental Sciences and her impressive resume of experience includes being a Student Ambassador and Teaching Assistant, her role as President of the UEA Turkey and Azerbaijan Society and research in Environmentally-Focused Engineering. Her passion for sustainable engineering, education and conservation drives her inspirational work.

Agnieszka Munns is a Teacher and Environmental Committee Lead at Springwood High School in Kings Lynn. Agnieszka is a qualified teacher with a MSc in Biology and a PGCE. As an Environmental Activist, Volunteer for RSPB and a STEM Learning Ambassador, Agnieszka's sustainability work goes far beyond the classroom, and her teaching goes far beyond the curriculum.

We also ensure we have a board that's at least 50% youth-led meaning half of our directors are under 26-years-old.
