Dr Richard Hauxwell-Baldwin is the Head of Research, Policy and Campaigns at The MCS Foundation and an expert in sustainability research, consulting and project management across sectors, with 15+ years' experience. His work and research includes: investigating the role of communities in tackling climate change, smart technologies for domestic energy management and low-carbon technologies.

Narmin is a recent UEA Graduate in BSc (Hons) Environmental Sciences and her impressive resume of experience includes being a Student Ambassador and Teaching Assistant, her role as President of the UEA Turkey and Azerbaijan Society and research in Environmentally-Focused Engineering. Her passion for sustainable engineering, education and conservation drives her inspirational work.

Steffan Aquarone is a UK Member of Parliament for North Norfolk for the Liberal Democrats. His background is as an entrepreneur and digital strategist with a 15-year track record of driving innovation, behaviour change, and public engagement across commercial and non-profit sectors. He has led two technology startups, raised millions in venture capital, and advised global brands on the future of technology and consumer experience.

Agnieszka Munns is a Teacher and Environmental Committee Lead at Springwood High School in Kings Lynn. Agnieszka is a qualified teacher with a MSc in Biology and a PGCE. As an Environmental Activist, Volunteer for RSPB and a STEM Learning Ambassador, Agnieszka's sustainability work goes far beyond the classroom, and her teaching goes far beyond the curriculum. 

We have an incredible board of directors that bring unique cross-subject insights to our organisation. We also ensure we have a board that's at least 50% youth-led meaning half of our directors are under 26-years-old.
